Veterinarians

Amy Starr, D.V.M., Practice Owner, Medical Director

Dr. Starr, a graduate of Washington State University CVM, spent time practicing in Wyoming before returning to the southwest. She started the clinic with the dream of offering quality, affordable medical care to everyone. She is also actively involved in the community. Dr. Starr works in all locations and on all types of animals, but her special interests are small animal surgery and equine dentistry.

  Kristen Willoughby, D.V.M.

Dr. Willoughby is a 2010 graduate of the
University of Missouri.  Dr. Willoughby
practiced mixed animal medicine for a little over a year, while her and her
husband were stationed at Fort Hood, TX.   In November of 2011 she moved to El Paso as the family is now stationed
at Fort Bliss.  She has special interest
in small animal medicine and surgery as well as equine medicine.
